Requirements :

• Higher Diploma/Degree Holder in any discipline
• With 1 yr hands on exp of PC operations and Internet Knowledge
• Fast & accurate typing in English & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written English & Chinese
• Customer-oriented and good serving attitude
• Immediate Available is preferable
• Willing on shift duties (42.5 hours per week) including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer’s written enquiries and complaints through electronic mail
• Support facebook online service and instant chart & reply to customers
• Willing to perform day shift duties (5-6 days per week, 48 hrs or 42.5 hrs per week)
• Fresh graduate with summer job customer service or sales experience will also be considered
• Professional and comprehensive Training, Career development opportunities
• Immediate Available is highly preferable (start ASAP – Many Post Urgent)
