Salary :15-16k (Double Pay + Bonus)/ Deps on experience
Requirements :
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder is preferable
- At least 5 yrs HR & Admin experience or above and at least 3 yrs in the same positions
- Experience in Administration, HR & secretarial support is highly preferable
- Excellent command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
- Familiar with PC skills e.g. Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Positive attitude, good team work ethic and have strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent organizational skills, high accuracy and attention to details
- Independent and good interpersonal skills
- Immediate Available is highly preferable
Responsibilities:
- Direct report to HR & Admin Manager
- Provide HR (30%) & Administration (70%) works and ad hoc projects
- Provide secretarial support to top management
- Communicate with other department to facilitate effective communication
- Liaise with government bodies and customers
