Administrative Officer / Administration & HR Officer (US Trading) 5 days 15-16k Ref: TEK507909A

Salary :15-16k (Double Pay + Bonus)/ Deps on experience

Requirements :

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder is preferable
  • At least 5 yrs HR & Admin experience or above and at least 3 yrs in the same positions
  • Experience in Administration, HR & secretarial support is highly preferable
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
  • Familiar with PC skills e.g. Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Positive attitude, good team work ethic and have strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent organizational skills, high accuracy and attention to details
  • Independent and good interpersonal skills
  • Immediate Available is highly preferable


  • Direct report to HR & Admin Manager
  • Provide HR (30%) & Administration (70%) works and ad hoc projects
  • Provide secretarial support to top management
  • Communicate with other department to facilitate effective communication
  • Liaise with government bodies and customers
