Salary : 11-14k / Deps on qualification & experience

Working location : Shatin

Requirements :

• Associate Degree or Above, Overseas Graduate is preferable
• Fluent spoken English & Cantonese
• Good telephone manner and customer-oriented mindset
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Willing to day shift duties, 42.5 or 48 hours per week (candidate’s preference), 5-6 days per week
• Immediate Available is highly preferable
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Less experience will considered as Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer’s telephone and billing queries and cross-selling company products or service
• Only handle inbound call (no need cold call)
