University Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
At least 5-8 yrs all round office administration experience
Experience in Sizable Corporation & Multi-cultural national Company is preferable
Hands on experience in handle all round office administration duties independently
Able to handle full spectrum of office administrative work (80%), HR function (20%)
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, can work independently, able to work under Pressure
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
Good spoken and written English & Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
Immediate or short notice is highly preferable
