- Equivalent to Form Five standard or Above
- With 1 yr customer service or technical service in call centre is preferable
- Familiar with Telecom, Digital products or Internet Service Products is highly preferable
- Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage (only inbound call, no need cold call)
- Native English Speaker is a must, with valid at least 2 yrs work visa or with HKID Card, Hong Kong Permanent Resident
- Fresh graduate with native English speaker will also be consider
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills and enjoy helping people
- Proactive, Good telephone manner & Customer-oriented
- Willing to perform shift duties, 8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week (no need overnight shift) 8:00a.m to 10:00p.m.
