Requirements :

• Equivalent to Form Five standard or Above
• With 1 yr customer service or technical service in call centre is preferable
• Familiar with Telecom, Digital products or Internet Service Products is highly preferable
• Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage (only inbound call, no need cold call)
• Native English Speaker is a must, with valid at least 2 yrs work visa or with HKID Card, Hong Kong Permanent Resident
• Fresh graduate with native English speaker will also be consider
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and enjoy helping people
• Proactive, Good telephone manner & Customer-oriented
• Willing to perform shift duties, 8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week (no need overnight shift) 8:00a.m to 10:00p.m.
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered

Responsibilities:

• Working in call centre – inbound call (English Team Only)
• Mainly to answer English incoming customer enquiries & complaints (no need cold call & outbound call)
• Maintain follow the existing clients & cross-selling approach new products & services
