Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related discipline
• Holder of MCSE or other Professional IT certificates
• At least 5 years solid experience in System Administration and End-user Technical Support, preferably in Multi-national or large corporations
• Expert problem analysis skills in Windows based PCs , Servers and System Security
• Expert knowledge of MS Office application
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and be a team player
• Able to handle multiple concurrent tasks
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
