Salary : 25-28k / Negotiable (Deps on experience)

Requirements :

• University Degree in Computer Science, Management Information system, Finance or Accounting, MBA is preferred
• At least 2-5 yrs experience in Financial System Analyst in Multinational Company
• Experience in ERP system implementation and accounting system administration
• Accounting knowledge with Management Information System background
• Experience in Asia or Regional Exposure is an advantage
• Good documentation, communication and presentation skills
• Exposure to ERP or Sun Accounting System is a must
• Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin
• Strong System mind, administrative, planning and organizing skills
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Immediate Available is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• He/she will actively participate in system interface and implementation projects
• Coordinate with F & A users and IT specialists for system development
• Prepare and carry out test cases, prepare end user manual and conduct user training
• Conduct system application training and prepare training material, system project related document
• Provide ongoing maintenance and application support & administration ; and root-cause investigation of issue
• To participate in system interface and implementation projects
• Translate business requirements into IT requirements for few feature or enhancement
• Document user requirements in a detailed and practical format for system development
• Coordinate with F & A users and IT specialists for system development
• Effectively communicate and translate technical concepts to the end user
• Ensure the smooth implementation and development for the new system / new feature
• Ensure the end user is well trained to use the new system
