Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Finance and / or Accounting with professional accounting qualification
• At least 10 yrs working experience
• Experience in Financial or Securities Industry is a must
• With Big Four Audit experience is an advantage preferred
• Understanding of and proficiency in HK listing rules and SFC regulations
• Strong technical competence in financial control and statutory accounting
• Excellent people management skills and be patience in coaching finance staff
• Detail oriented leader, proactive, independent & well-organized
