Technical Service Rep / Customer Technical Support Officer - English Hotline 12-15k Fresh U Welcome Ref: SCD961311C

Salary : 12-15k / Deps on qualification & experience

Requirements :

  • Associate Degree or Degree Holder is preferable (Overseas Graduate is highly preferable)
  • With rel experience in technical service, customer service is an advantage
  • Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage
  • Fluent spoken English & Cantonese
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proactive, Good telephone manner & Customer-oriented
  • Willing to perform day shift duties (5-6 days per week, 48 hrs or 42.5 hrs per week ¡V Candidate¡¦s preference)
  • Fresh graduate with summer job customer service or sales experience will also be considered
  • Professional and comprehensive Training, Career development opportunities
  • Immediate Available is highly preferable (start ASAP ¡V Many Post Urgent)

Responsibilities:

  • Working in call centre ¡V inbound call English or General Line
  • Mainly to answer inbound customer enquiries & complaints (no need cold call & outbound call)
  • Providing technical support service
  • Promote our products through cross-selling approach in customer service call centre
  • Maintain follow the existing clients & cross-selling approach new products & services
