Salary :Fixed Basic Salary + Attractive Commission + Extra Performance based incentive – up to 22,000 per month

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder is preferable (Overseas Graduate is highly preferable)
• With experience in sales / telemarketing / customer service / call centre is an advantage (less sales experience will be considered as Sales Representative)
• Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage
• Familiar with Internet Service Products, Digital products or Telecom products
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Proactive, Good telephone manner & Customer-oriented
• Fluent Cantonese is a must (Candidate who speaks Native/Fluent English will be appointed as Sales Executive to handle English inquiries)
• Willing to perform?day time shift duties (timeslot : 8:00-5:00, 10:00 – 7:00 & 1:00 to 10:00) 42.5 hours per week, 5-6 days per week
• Fresh graduate with summer job customer service or sales experience will also be considered
• Professional and comprehensive Training, Career development opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Under Call Centre Inbound Department
• Mainly to answer incoming customer service enquiries
• Establish good customer relationship by offering one-stop-shop service
• Customer Service for wide range of IT & T products to potential customers through phone calls
• Maintain existing clients & cross-selling approach new products & services
• No need cold call (Inbound call only)
