Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
At least 3-5 yrs of all-rounded office administration experience
Experience in Sizable Corporation or Multinational Company is preferable
Hands on experience in around office administration duties
Able to handle full spectrum of administration work (70%), HR function (30%)
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, can work independently, able to work under pressure
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
Good spoken and written English & Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
Immediate or short notice is highly preferable
