Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Engineering is a must
• 10 yrs industry experience with at least 7 yrs in similar position in Structured Cabling System Industries
• Experience managing product lifecycle from conception to launch activities
• Commitment to total partner and customer satisfaction
• Fluent spoken & written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (another language will be highly preferable)
• Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Highly flexible and motivated
• Able to make independently decision
• Strong analytical and statistical skill sets
• Diplomacy and problem/conflict resolution skills
