Financial Controller - Property Listed Co.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
• Qualified Accountant is a must
• At least 8-10 yrs accounting & finance experience with sizable organizations
• With Big Four Audit is an advantage
• Experience in Listed Companies & Property Sector is a must
• Experience in China Exposure is preferable??
• Experience in handling financial affairs of listed companies and IPO
• Have a proven track record working with a listed property developer or property investment company in Hong Kong and PRC
• Familiar with HK & PRC Laws, GAAP, accounting and taxation matters
• Hands-on experience of PRC accounting tax, internal control and compliance is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with people of different cultures
• Good command of both English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Based in Hong Kong Office & occasional travel to PRC office?
• Immediate Available is highly preferable
