Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business or Engineering or Building Service or equivalent
• At least 5-8 yrs sales, business development and account management experience of which at least 3 years at managerial level
• Experience in Lighting Industry & OEM is a definite advantage
• Exposure of the distribution and sales channel sector in Hong Kong
• Track record in key account management or direct experience in responsible segment either by services or products
• Track record in high context sales in professional sales environment
• Fluent spoken & written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Strong situation selling, communication and negotiation skills , able to manage a team as well as manage the relationship with distributors and vendors
• A Strategic thinker, energetic, sales oriented, acute market sense with good analytical mind
