Salary : $12000-$14500 + Allowance ($1500)

Requirements :

• Equivalent to Form Five standard or Fresh University Graduate is preferable
• Preferably with 1 yr customer service, telemarketing or sales experience is preferable
• Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage (only inbound call, no need cold call)
• Native English Speaker is a must, with valid at least 2 yrs work visa or with HKID Card, Hong Kong Permanent Resident
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and enjoy helping people
• Proactive, Good telephone manner & Customer-oriented
• Native English Speaker & Good Spoken Cantonese
• Willing to perform shift duties, 8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week(no need overnight shift)
• Fresh graduate with native English speaker will also be consider
• Professional and comprehensive Training, Career development opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Working in call centre – inbound call (English Team)
• Mainly to answer English incoming customer enquiries & complaints (no need cold call & outbound call)
• Maintain follow the existing clients & cross-selling approach new products & services
