Requirements:

• Degree Holder is a must
• At least 5 yrs solid legal & compliance experience in Securities or Banking Field
• Sound knowledge with Banking Ordinance, Securities & Future Ordinance
• Familiar with SFC’s rules and regulations and Compliance policy of securities companies
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and bilingual drafting skills
