Requirements :

  • Matriculated or Above, Overseas Graduate is preferable
  • At least 3-5 yrs office administrative & office receptionist experience in multinational companies or Professional Companies
  • Experience in Large Corporation is an advantage
  • Excellent spoken & written in English & Mandarin (Chinese)
  • Proficiency in Ms Office e.g. Ms Word & Excel
  • Stable, Mature, Presentable, Cheerful, energetic & Friendly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and bale to work effectively with all levels of staff
  • Immediate Available is an advantage (ASAP) top urgent
