- Matriculated or Above, Overseas Graduate is preferable
- At least 3-5 yrs office administrative & office receptionist experience in multinational companies or Professional Companies
- Experience in Large Corporation is an advantage
- Excellent spoken & written in English & Mandarin (Chinese)
- Proficiency in Ms Office e.g. Ms Word & Excel
- Stable, Mature, Presentable, Cheerful, energetic & Friendly
- Strong interpersonal skills and bale to work effectively with all levels of staff
