Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Finance and / or Accounting with professional accounting qualification
• At least 4-5 yrs working experience in Financial or Securities Industry is preferred
• With Big Four Audit experience is an advantage preferred
• Solid experience in internal control assessment and provide recommendations for improvement to procedures, budgets, operating systems, and other financial control functions
• Understanding of and proficiency in HK listing rules and SFC regulations
• Strong technical competence in financial control and statutory accounting
• Familiar with investing banking business operations
• Excellent people management skills and be patience in coaching finance staff
• Detail oriented leader, proactive, independent & well-organized
