Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting with professional accounting qualification
• At least 10 yrs relevant experience gained from Securities Brokerage firms, Investment Banks or other Financial Services players
• With Big Four Audit experience is an advantage preferred
• Understanding of and proficiency in HK listing rules and SFC regulations
• Strong technical competence in financial control and statutory accounting
• Excellent people management skills and be patience in coaching finance staff
• Detailed oriented leader, proactive, independent & well-organized
• Immediate Available is an advantage
