Salary :12-13k (with good benefits)

Remarks : Contract 5 months will change to Permanent Post

Requirements :

• University Graduate in any discipline
• At least 2-3 yrs solid experience in Trading & Multinational Companies
• With Large Corporation or Multinational Companies is an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written in English & Mandarin
• Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
• Proficiency in Ms Office, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate Available is an advantage (October Start)

Responsibilities:

• Email & fax the quotation to customers
• Prepare settlement for customer orders
• Prepare the delivery note and invoice
• Arrange local delivery
• Prepare settlement for customer orders
• Prepare delivery note, invoice & shipping document
