Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Architectural Management or related discipline
• Member of HKIA, HKIS, Quality Surveyor or equivalent
• At least 8 yrs relevant experience in property development and project management of which 5 yrs experience in property developer is a must
• Technical knowledge and understanding of full project development and construction process
• Strong planning and organizing ability with good problem solving skill
• Well-organized, self-motivated, team oriented and proactive
• Fluent spoken and spoken in English & Mandarin
