Diploma/Formal Secretarial Training/Degree Holder is preferable
At least 4-5 yrs secretarial experience, experience to serve senior top management & xpatriates is a must
With secretarial experience in Servicing Apartment or Hotel Industry is highly preferable
Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
Independent correspondence & good interpersonal skills
Flexible, Presentable, Pleasant, Energetic & able to work independently
Proficient in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
Immediate Available is highly preferable
