Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline or above
• At least 1 year experience in IT Technical Support, User support and network support, preferably in large size companies
• Solid experience in Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, Exchange Server, Microsoft Active Directory, and Networking configuration such as WAN, LAN, DHCP, WINS, DNS, etc.
• Experience in prepare technical documentation and handle project management are preferable
• Able to work independently and strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
