Requirements:

• Degree holder with IIQE paper I & II passed
• 5 yrs working exp in telemarketing centre of which at least 3 yrs in supervisory or training role
• Experience in selling and knowledge of General Insurance is essential
• Good selling and people management skills
• Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Aggressive, result oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Supervisor
