With customer services or sales experience in any kinds of industry
Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage
Fluent spoken in English is a must (Most Important)
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Proactive, Good telephone manner & Customer-oriented
Willing to perform shift duties
